I’ve always wanted a “display posts” shortcode in self-hosted WordPress – because it’s so handy – there is on in WordPress.com blogs, but to self-hosted, it never came… 🙁
so I found this plugin:

but I have more than enough plugins – so added it to my theme in functions.php – does it work?

if you see a list of post above this – it works… and it works because I saved the plugin file to my theme’s child folder, then included it into my custom functions.php – I love the update ability, but I don’t have YET ANOTHER PLUGIN… 🙂
