The Washington Post and I don’t often agree – but in this case, we do.. 
There is no way we should cave on this – given that there are reports from defectors that the People’s Republic has it’s hands in CyberWarfare, it’s not entirely clear what the proper response would be, but how about we START by firewalling them into oblivion.
Give me the blocks of IPs – I’ll add them locally – I have no need of traffic from IP space where these folks are – sure they’ll bounce off somewhere else, but at least we don’t take direct traffic.
