read the docs, realize that the docs are not up to date, email support, get links to new docs, follow the docs noting carefully that they contain both pre and post 11.5 instructions (which are different), SSH into box(es) and carefully change configuration files (make sure not to make a typo, or your box will stop working), Repeat this 5 times, for web, FTP, POP3, SMTP and IMAP. Ask for help as the procedure outlined in the docs doesn’t work for every service, some don’t work at all, others error on chained SSL issues, the same fix applied to one service does not work for all. Wait for reply as they appear to have left for the day, cert is half installed and half not-installed. To be continued…

click on the link the server emailed you, read 3 sentences, paste two small pieces of information, follow the suggestion to restart the cPanel service with a single click – done.
